Artificer: Chunked! is a challenge in Risk of Rain 2. It is completed as Artificer by fully defeating a Teleporter Boss in a one-second burst of damage. This hidden timer begins when you first hit the boss, not when it is spawned.

  • One way of getting this challenge would be to get the Preon Accumulator.pngPreon AccumulatorBgEquipment.pngPreon Accumulator.png140sFire a ball of energy that electrocutes nearby enemies before detonating.
    Fires preon tendrils, zapping enemies within 35m for up to 600% damage/second. On contact, detonate in an enormous 20m explosion for 4000% damage.
    from the Timed Security Chest while getting damage items such as Armor-Piercing Rounds.pngArmor-Piercing RoundsBgCommon.pngArmor-Piercing Rounds.pngDeal extra damage to bosses.
    Deal an additional 20% damage (+20% per stack) to bosses.

    Deal 150% (+50% per stack) damage to enemies above 90% health.

    Increase base damage by 100% (+100% per stack). Reduce maximum health by 50% (+50% per stack).
    . With these items a synchronized Preon and Charged Nano-Bomb attack would easily kill a single boss-enemy in an instant. This challenge becomes nearly impossible with this setup when multiple boss-enemies spawn. Playing on Drizzle allows single-enemy bosses to spawn for more stages. If too much time passes and multiple enemy bosses start spawning it would probably be easier to just start another run.
  • Another viable option is to start the run on Drizzle and use the CommandArtifact of Command to stack several Armor-Piercing Rounds.pngArmor-Piercing RoundsBgCommon.pngArmor-Piercing Rounds.pngDeal extra damage to bosses.
    Deal an additional 20% damage (+20% per stack) to bosses.
    (at least 5), plus a few Crowbar.pngCrowbarsBgCommon.pngCrowbar.pngDeal more damage to healthy enemies.
    Deal 150% (+50% per stack) damage to enemies above 90% health.
    the first and second stage and repeatedly reset until the first boss drops a boss item from which you choose Genesis Loop.pngGenesis LoopBgBoss.pngGenesis Loop.pngFire an electric nova at low health.
    Falling below 25% health causes you to explode, dealing 6000% base damage. Recharges every 30 / (2 +1 per stack) seconds .
    . Then during the second teleporter event allow the boss to hit you until Genesis Loop procs and it should instantly kill the boss. One benefit of this method is you do not need to spend Lunar Coins, though getting a boss item on stage one is inconsistent.
  • Similarly, instead of a boss item, using both the CommandArtifact of Command and GlassArtifact of Glass, it is possible to "chunk" the first boss if you continually choose Crowbar.pngCrowbarsBgCommon.pngCrowbar.pngDeal more damage to healthy enemies.
    Deal 150% (+50% per stack) damage to enemies above 90% health.
    . Upon activating the teleporter, as long as you have at least 4 crowbars (on drizzle, other difficulties will need more) a single fully charged Charged Nano-Bomb will one-shot the boss.
