The Tri-Tip Dagger is a new item in Risk of Rain 2. It gives a 15% per stack chance to bleed an enemy for 240% base damage.

The proc chance stacks additively, meaning that having 7 daggers makes attacks with a Proc Coefficient of 1 always bleed enemies.

Bleed ticks 4 times per second, dealing 20% of your base character damage per tick. The damage scales infinitely with the number of bleed stacks affecting the enemy.

The duration of the bleed is affected by the Proc Coefficient, with a base of 3 seconds. The duration of all bleed stacks is refreshed whenever a new stack bleed is applied to an enemy, meaning characters with a continuous attack rate such as Commando can accumulate a large amount of bleed with only a few Tri-Tip Daggers and an attack speed-boosting item such as Soldier's Syringe.pngSoldier's SyringeBgCommon.pngSoldier's Syringe.pngIncreases attack speed.
Increases attack speed by 15% (+15% per stack).

The Tri-Tip Dagger bleed effect is different from the Shatterspleen.pngShatterspleenBgBoss.pngShatterspleen.pngCritical strikes always bleed enemies. Bleeding enemies now explode.
Gain 5% critical chance. Critical Strikes bleed enemies for 240% base damage. Bleeding enemies explode on death for 400% (+400% per stack) damage, plus an additional 15% (+15% per stack) of their maximum health.

Enemies with 4 or more debuffs are marked for death, increasing damage taken by 50% from all sources for 7 (+7 per stack) seconds.
